Our Shipping Policy

The shipping policy has been revised. As per the new policy, after the receipt of payment the Buyer, Mitahar Rotica shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Incase of monthly subscription, Buyer will get regular delivery of the subscribed products at the desired time slot only at the shipping address provided by the Buyer.

"We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".

Once you are order is received with payment receipt your food will be shipped and will be delivered within 30 mins to 1 hour.
